The only solid news, which might REALLY push the price up, is EPA approval.
I would consider both the TATA news as well as this week's announcemet also really good news, but neither of those could bring the stock back to live.
We need the derisk of our investment. And that's EPA approval. Nothing else

Frustrating waiting period, but it is as it is.....
Very good opportunity to load. But I do have too many shares already
