Essenitally Ill use Daniel as an example
He gets paid $385,000 a year + $66,533 in superannuation
Hes also got non-monetary payments totaling around $50,000 (not sure what these are)
and $180,000 in equity settled which is essentially options (share based payment)
So all up in his pocket its around $440,000 a year (wage + super). Non-monetary could maybe be car allowance or something, Im not sure. Either way $440k a year aint chum change
