    What I'd like to know is in the case that CTP commence drilling on the 1st of MAY without BG/ROG participating. When is the deadline in which the JV partners need to contribute in order to claim a share of major discovery ? Surely you cannot wait until there is a discovery and say hey " I'd like to pay my share of drilling costs now "

    Some information on this would be helpful
