I went inside a store with 2 other people and was just browsing, told them I didn't want to buy anything and the manager was pressing me to buy cause she said she got a KPI of $60 per customer and theres a sensor checking how many customers enter the shop and her big boss gets mad at her if she doesn't meet the target. She also was saying when she worked at Myer she liked it more cause its a big company and not as much pressure to make sales with KPI's but at Dusk its worse.
