Dont think luck is what is needed, its patience and belief in the team, and what the company has to offer medium and long term. Why come on here and be so sour, pessimistic, and derogatory in your comments. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. However, if you dont believe in this company, then simply sell, move on and see us all become winners due to two crucial things; patience and belief in the company's ability to succeed! Simple as that!
