I could understand shareholders with hope of getting back their money posting here but if you don't think there's a slightest chance of that, just write it off as a loss and moved on with your life. Why waste time in this forum? I just don't get you people saying the same thing for the last year and this year.

I would dearly love to do that, but we can’t write it off until it is legally and officially wound up and therefore it can be claimed as a loss. The company is still trading. This is the advice from my accountant
