Most, if not all of Ngungaju capacity will be heading to POSCO JV by year end. The additional 100kt from P680 expansion will be available to sell on spot, a much smaller offering, 16% of overall capacity. Therefore, less supply as the US and EU start competing with China for those same tonnes. Please try to keep up, your self-serving narrative is full of holes, very short term in nature. There's two sides of the ledger, you are only focusing on one....
