I am looking for details or a transcription of the Nomgon IX PSC (Production Sharing Contract) applies only to CBM or whether it applies to renewables as well.

This is because with a say 1.6-billion-dollar certified CBM resource deal right in front of their shareholders I can't see how Elixir have the leverage to come up with an equivalent deal with Softbank that is not subsurface dependent & therefore could be located in a number of other locations in Mongolia or Northern China.

By the way this interview points to the fact that TMK drilled 5 of their deep core holes for $1.5 million so we now have some idea pf future (Core hole) drilling costs.
