Rural Potato chip shortage

I live in rural NSW and my local supermarket can’t order products. When I asked the leading hand how long this will go on, he told me that all those chips are going into the city supermarket stores and we will not get them unless the market gets more supply.
Toilet paper, tissue was the same deal during Covid.
City has taken a greedy approach leaving country people with nothingness.
