this is just the beginning, much worse to come.

I've gone full hare krishna this year, changed diet and lifestyle choices, brown rice, veg and salads. No more beer and burgers, only meat is 1 scotch fillet once a week.

Batten down the hatches mate, build yourself an edible garden to hide in.
