He's probably a nice guy to have a beer with but I wouldn't trust him with twenty-five cents.
His talk about solar is all for the benefit of the green audience and we know how screwed up they are.
Anyway, to your point, how are you going to get silver out of a mine that is NOT approved?

All I'm saying re the approvals is that SVL doesn't have them yet.
Maybe better to be "cautiously" optimistic, I think.
