CELLmax Life is quite different to Colostat. It relies on ctDNA (circulating tumor DNA), it therefore cannot be processed on an ELISA machine, remembering that this type of machine is found in EVERY blood testing pathology lab in the world.
Colostat on the other hand is a purely proteome test. No new equipment or training is required to process Colostat. For Cellmax Life, 'special' lab equipment and training would be required, because it's a DNA test, which interferes with the viability of it's suitability for mass population screening.
Also, if is to cost $200, then I'm sure Rhythm can out price them quite easily.
