    Yes it's under-valued...

    DRA has reasonable Capital Growth potential with limited downside risk. It is good low risk investment imo. But its not going to be blue sky, 100-bagger, yadda, yadda, etc. Not based on the current parameters anyway.

    No point adding/multiplying/estimating/attributing value to something that really has no value.

    But don't let me stop anyone from dreaming.
