Yes an announcement will make a difference, but due to the lack of interest, I am not sure by how much! The few pip traders and manipulators of the SPQ share price are making by my calculations about 200 bucks a day, if that. I would like to see some serious manipulation over big volumes, so that we know we are in for a big re-rate!
