I'm afraid I don't know where Business Insider is sourcing its data from. In any case it's always best to go directly to the source, either the LME or SHFE websites. A decent one-stop overview can be had at this site: https://www.metal.com/Tin. It features both LME and SHFE data. Even though the really relevant market is Shanghai. Unfortunately it appears MLX's offtake agreements are tied to LME pricing.
