I retract my earlier sentiment re SPP and have happily taken up offer by Bpay. After initial annoyance and disappointment by another cap raising. I reconsidered and now actually feel it is quite a generous offer.
I think there is a subliminal message here saying
"don't say we didn't try and give you a clue and a chance to buy before...."
A nice bonus for those holders who ultimately believe in PENs success.
