saylor if you have internet banking you can do it on your banks website. I am with ANZ and it could not be easier to do.
With ANZ:
Log in
Select 'Pay Bills"
fill out the Bpay and Reference numbers
fill out the reason (note for you)
Enter the amount to pay
Send and confirm
Note the receipt number.
This took me all of 3 minutes to do.
