Going back in the thread a ways, a lot of ppl saying a buyout will happen before getting to market. I agree it is most likely more offers will come, but that doesn't mean they will be successful. I'm not trying to be a wise sage or anything, I'm self-interestedly trying to protect the value of the asset I've bought. It worries me ppl seem willing to sell cheap just because the cheque looks big compared to todays MC. We've all seen the results, DurAVR is a paradigm shift. we will get 50% market share or more of a $10b per annum market growing at 15% per annum. it will take more time to get to the true valuation of that, but the SP will appreciate along the way. an offer of $2b or $5b or $10b is only telling you how much more valuable AVR really is. If any of you want to cash out early let me know and I'll buy your house for 10% of its value too
