Hi @daando37, nice work but a couple of things you need to amend at the front end:
- A royalty of 3% applies (this needs to be deducted off the realised sale price before anything else comes off, I think ARG may increase this too)
- Corporate tax is 35%, not 25% (this was updated in the 9 December 2021 HMW PEA update, table 3 on page 9).
This will reduce the earnings figures quite a bit. I also think dilution may be quite a lot higher. My crack at working out possible FCF's from August last year is here, FWIW: https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/62869148/single but there's stuff in there that I need to look at again.
