    The announcement informed Zambian side of the curt case made verbal submissions that they were going to seek an outside of court agreement, presumably ahead of the haring on Feb 1st Zambian time. So, yes, we will either hear somehing this week if that agreement will have been reached, or next week after the court hearing.
