    Not sure how non-Australian citizen and non-Australian permanent resident Chinese get aroung our Foreign Investmetn Review Board restrictions on buying second hand residential property.

    Maybe their conveyancers just overlook FIRB approval (that would be the way some things would be done in China...not letting legisaltion/rules stand in the way of the deal)
