Maybe..but when u factor here house prices/schooling/lack of terrorism and ACDC ....Australia aint a bad place to be.

As many of their kids are studying here ..so makes sense they buy here for the duration of study. Then as the years go on (while studying) they relaize buying here is a double bonus.
