Maybe, but if history repeats there have been many occasions when short sellers have come unstuck. I think there were several attempts to push the price lower that didn’t really work, or at least work to the extent they were expecting. A few things that comes to mind are the biased and fake articles realised by certain large firms who coincidentally have large short positions.
