I'd rather the co continue aggressive expansion, and leverage the capital growth, instead of handing back cash.
Is it really the best use of cash, or perhaps just a simple way for the big wigs (management/directors) to cash in a bit without having to sell shares?
Grow big I say - and take full advantage of this once-in-a-lifetime disruptive transition!!
