There was no Ukrainian state

There was Kievan Rus which was effectively served as the capital of the Russian empire, It was the Russ that effectively established Kiev as "city" type state

Its simply incorrect to take coinage from over a 1000 yrs ago then call it Ukrainian when Ukraine didn t exist then

in 1240 Kiev was destroyed by the Mongols.

Its funny, i dont normally go to Wikipedia but the propagadists must of forgot to edit the pages, there is no mention of the word Ukraine. Why is that? It didnt exist.

The coinage you refer to used Khazerian symbols, the Khazarians were big on mercantile trade.
