Saw your question on the TPV 2nd half numbers a few days ago. Just thought you were playing around, as your question had been answered by JK and it's been posted on the thread several times.

Here the tweet again following. Obviously the 2nd half of the year was when most of the switch over from cards to open banking occured, and a reduction in processing downtime was created in the process.

The TPV numbers came back strongly in the last quarter, and will continue throughout 2023 imo.

@Surfguy - your 2 posts today were spot on.

That idea of a dividend did cross my mind the other day. Will all depend on the financials moving forward obviously. I thought the timing would be after the audited half yearly if it was going to happen. Need audit financials for an IPO. The timing would work in perfect for a listing late in 23. Would add significant weight to the IPO imo. That's all a long way off though, we'll know more after 1Q23 results. JK knows best, so what ever happens it will be in the best interests of shareholders. It's going to be a big year.

which brings me to one if the things i love about isx is the level of interaction available via channels if u know where to look ...... diners card eh.... nice... just be aware that my local council does not accept diners for payments. they do accept visa and mastercard though....

if only we could have some word on the saudis.... .... and also max....... i have no idea if max is a thing or not.... i got all excited about max and it is not a good thing to maintain high levels of excitement i am told without an eventual release .......

thats a lot so in ur own good time..... we have some sort of holiday here.... some 5 day thing to make sure we are well rested.... xtra day is plumbers picnic day or something.
