It would be great to know what NWE's advisers have put forward to encourage full board participation to approve the revised offer!
Just to reflect on your concern "Corryst" - MIN is currently hitting peak pricing and perhaps exceeding brokers expectations of when the bid was 1st made, perhaps things have changed & MIN may have more upside?
It's been an exceptional 6 months for MIN:
The timing of the offer - is 6 months later than I'd have liked!
If the t/over transpires, let's hope MIN can remain on its "Pedestal" for many a year to come!!! Their predatory tactics here may be used elsewhere to continue their market growth?
May Lithium & China run hard to soften the blow if MIN gets its way.
