for a start, NZ is the most property investor friendly place in the world.
So I think they need something to slow down the growth to normal levels (once they recover).
They dont have cap gains tax
They dont have stamp duty
Entry and Exit costs can be as little as the solicitor.
I once invested there
$300 buy.
$400 sell.
that was it.
Aussie is expensive by comparison.
