Agree with many of the comments expressing their disappointment at the decision to recommend the offer
i rarely post but the recent news makes my blood boil.
I cannot help but think that the BOD recommending against the initial offer was part of a little charade - giving all the impression that they were in the shareholders side. They then recommend acceptance of an offer which most would agree is totally inadequate - they have attempted to create an illusion that they are on our side. Surely they wouldn’t recommend accepting an inadequate offer!
Sad that the BOD are not looking after the long term, loyal shareholders .
