This is a terrible photo due to cloud cover and it does not make sense but would seem part of pond 3 and some of 4 has some water in it - but not from pumping - maybe high tide as the interpond space seems to have it as well, but that does not make sense as the walls on those ponds are already complete. Next photos mgiht clarify I hontestly cant work it out.
