Morning all. Sounds like a plan but you will find that nearly all tenement areas are a mess of different miners and explorers. Picking the right one that the market also likes is a lottery.
Nearology hasn't really ever worked as a guaranteed method of having a similar find as your neighbour. In fact from my recollection it's hardly ever worked. Of course there are always exceptions that keep the punters guessing.
Give it a try by all means but don't think you have discovered the end of the rainbow.
There's not many new ideas in trying to get rich off the ASX.
