The new investors are very savvy. On a fully diluted basis and based on 55cents being a fair value pre placement the share price should be around 47-48 cents. They would not have agreed to paying 55c a share if the value wasn't there. John Parker and his team are honest and straight talking - qualities to be greatly admired these days.
The oppies need to be well into the money prior to their exercise date in June and I would expect further good news to flow over the next few weeks to facilitate this. A robust scoping study for example.
