From the Prospectus
The price is being propped up by small trades at $0.35 when retail volumes are at $0.27. I'd feel a lot more confident if I knew WTF was going on. Always a major issue. At this stage I still haven't subscribed given I can't assess the risk of a shortfall in either the Entitlement, Placement nor Conv Notes .
