Just to make sure i'm annoying all.
Marcus you make a good point regarding 1 mhz=1.25mgz re data.
So imo 'again' and could be wrong.
CDA makes it very clear their 1-1.25mhz is held 'privately' by them ,i have not heard of the term privately held spectrum
Keeping it simple good point regarding 'voice' 1-1.25 mhz not so good for data.
Then codan just mentions 4g/5g and no more.
4g regarded as data spectrum,5g regarded as high bandwidth,low latency long distance.
These microsoft goggles imo would require military grade secure voice and data connectivity.
So when codan suggests they can adjust frequencies what does that mean.
My point,as per previous post US army ordered 5000 units of initial goggles now to be used for training,iv'e come to the conclusion the US$26m largest ever contract CDA has received is connected to this order.
Then US army ordered another 6900 units but US congress refused due to headaches etc.
Not if but when the issues are solved what would have the contract value been for CDA/DTC had congress approved requested for follow up 6900 units.
Taking into account total order spread over years is 120,000 units.
imo that was a fast repeat order 6900 request by US army even with headaches.
I guess CDA/DTC is providing the voice and data connectivity with their 'privately held 1-1.25 mhz spectrum and augmented 4g/5g technology.What ever augmented 4g/5g means.
Then we have Australian C4Edge potential contracts.
There now i'm done and a happy holder .
