Oscar how can you invest or buy anything without knowing its intrinsic value. I am amazed how many thousand of Hotcopper posters buy on whether its going up or down.

When you buy any thing, you should know its value. That is 101wealth building. Seeing the value and buying in when others can't see it.

I practice valuing these things for a very good reason. When I win our bet this year. You will understand why valuing any purchase or business opportunity is so basically important.
