photios40,with respect I think you are missing the point when you say the banks can lose.
They can only lose if the prospect is barren.
We know that it is not on booked reserves,a fact not lost on the financiers.
Marion energy as an entity is in parlous shape as we all know,hopefully the restructure will turn this around and it is not a total disaster.
Rather than make the statement Fortis cannot lose,which I do believe to be the case,I would just ask you this.
How can they?,they have a very handy ROI to date on fee's and interest charges plus the lien on what is potentially a very good prospect.
The potential survival/demise of Marion Energy is now the underlying question imo.
The market has placed a value on that.
