I have worked in Botswana for a decade and that is pretty much the only country I would say that makes sense down there in Africa and Mauritius... Every other country in Africa has risks that are insane... I was a holder of BSE titanium... The Kenyan government raised taxes 115% last year on the back of revenue... If they don't declare profits then shareholders fall into a frenzy, if they declare revenue, the African government falls into a frenzy...
PSC returned capital to holders a couple of months ago... WHY? It was clear they were being held hostage by the Zimbabwean government or some officials... We dont know... But PSC was really fact in acting and returning capital to holders... What do you think happened behind the curtains?
