The new acquisition IMO will be quite large and may require voting at a special meeting in perhaps mid June . Finance would be being organised on plan B basis . My view is plan A will work . It doesn't seem good sense to me to create unnecessary dilution yet so I think a placement for the acquisition is unlikely . A farmin is also on the cards . It would be nice to have the cash to pay up front on July 1st .
