1. Steve bailed.
2. Dr Nicholas Lindsay’s was removed from his role as Technical Director (concluded on 30 September 2022), following a period of 21 months overseeing, and not delivering the Company’s DFS.
3. Gautam Parimoo, previously Chief Operating Officer, "has left the organization'.

• Experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO), Mr Gautam Parimoo, appointed to drive development, construction and operation of Lake’s Kachi Lithium Brine Project.
• Lake progressively expanding its in-country team to support development and construction of its clean lithium project.
