The confusion probably comes from the fact that sentiment is expressed as a verb whereas disclosure is actually an adjective. Held, as a verb, would mean the past tense. But, if you use 'held' to refer to something that you currently hold- you are using 'held' as an adjective. Still with me?

I use 'hold' in my signature to indicate that which I currently hold. Alumni, refers to a pantheon of stocks that I have held, profitably, but do not currently hold- but I may hold again.
