PLS's war chest is growing by $200m a month. All they have to do is allocate one months worth of income to buying PMT on market and they snag around 142m CDI's.
Probably impossible as there's only 200m CDI's at the moment. I think they way PMT is structured its difficult to huild a decent stake, so will be interesting to see what happens. The time to move is asap as we could be nudging $2 by next announcement which is circa $2.5B cap.
