"Burskonline, you say that it looks like everything has gone to plan, for if it hadn't by now we would have seen a few dumps by some in the know. Two points on that that concern me: 1. I thought the SP was so low because of the dumps we have seen up to now in recent weeks since the SP hit 7.5c; and 2. If things were so rosy surely those in the know would have been accumulating, pushing the SP up in the process. I just cannot believe that GDN are so crafty that, whilst being "in the know", they're allowing the SP to deliberately drop so as to pick up a bargain when the market is exhausted. No one has been able to explain logically why this share has fallen to 5.3c - there must be a reason, but I hope I am wrong. The anns have been excellent!"
1. I was referring only to the cement casing progress announcement and more so thursday - fri last week. not the activity of the SP prior to the cap raising. However i do believe the distribution volume going on before the cap raising could have been a result of the better informed getting out knowing the CR was on the way.
2. Those in the know wouldnt be accumulating knowing a CR was coming, hence the reason of the distribution volume created prior to announcement of the CR, Why wouldnt they be accumulating post announcement, clearly the stock needed to bottom at its issue price and just wasnt giving any buy signals, Heavily oversold now though, and due for a bounce.
Just some thoughts.
