Free Will doesn't enable right choice, it's simply a state of being reflected in the moral choices made. When those choices exceed the limits of what is socially acceptable there are usually consequences. As for spiritual consequences, I think reward and punishment in the heaven and hell metaphor are self-inflicted, they become evident in the vitality and vibrancy of the spirit. the spiritually dead distance themselves from their potential and this is hell.

Good and evil just keeps it simple. I could have said, right and wrong, concerning issues of morality.

Evil is a void and is not the manifestation of something malignant, it's the vacuum and its effect when goodness is removed. Any manifestation of evil is pure imagination. In this sense, Free Will becomes a choice of which course of action will bring the most life an vitality to the inner person. What is the best choice for spiritual growth.
