Hi Mark, I’ve been in IXR for a few years now, no problems in Uganda, IXR are just in the process of completing their Scoping Study and then will have a mining license this Quarter to commence mining of REE, MRE 532Mt @ 640ppm with a 30-50 years mine life and over 400mt of indicated resources and they also have a recycling plant in Belfast for NdFeB Magnets, spent magnets are extracted for there REE oxides
