why not,lots of govnut money to pour in and the parole offices have closed in deniliquin and junee and moved tp wagga and albury----the rural small towns are finished mate--------I dont care how many immigrants live in wagga -maybe its time to snap up some run down units and make a quick profit that real estate agent on the central coast who bought some units in the morning for 2.5 mill and sold them in the arvo for 3 mill to the govnuts.
