From my understanding of the JV for EP368 and EP426, both NWE and MIN need to agree on any appraisal drilling program so NWE do hold MIN by the short and curly s if they want to.

With so many companies in the PB at play (NWE, WGO and STX) and MIN, STX, Gina and maybe more suitors stalking I am confident that this will play out for sometime to come.

MIN want to tie up the whole of the PB and ultimate all go into ER portfolio for a future spin off, NWE could become great leverage play for STX or Gina to stifle this and get a seat at the table.

I am a huge fan of CE and a happy MIN holder but I don't want more shares, I want the PB leverage that NWE can offer me which will get drowned out in MIN's share price as the PB develops.

I spoke with Iain and heard his reasoning for the acceptance, I agree with some of his points but still believe he and BOM have played an awful corporate game with MIN.

MIN wont get the 90%, so I suggest people just relax, watch this take up fail and a sweetener will come from MIN or a spoiler comes in with a better cash offer..

I want us to still be here as NWE drilling in March and feel like the BOM should have also wanted the same!!!
