Agree Michael, they are getting it in order, they know they must vet vet and double vet all words to get it right. If they have multiple intersections of sands they need to interpret to some degree to have it right. I anticipate plenty of info, and plenty of questions and what ifs. That is when things will be clearer. DYOR IMO Exciting.
