a major project of some sort, our ceo was given some performance rights that vest on condition of a potential acquisition at the last AGM.
can you imagine being the CEO of Grange? there's a COO and general managers to run day to day operations, a CFO to run the accounts, we don't do investor roadshows/broker junkets, no need for additional capital raisings, no need for debt financing...
And you've just been given an incentive to find a takeover target... what do you do?
