I am in SEQ and work as a Private Laparoscopic and General Surgeon as a side issue I do a lot of wound care surgery both from trauma perspective and the not uncommon anticoagulant haematomas and skin tears etc like this patient I have just outlined above. The great thing about this product is the way it appears to induce neo-vascularization and add bulk over poorly vascularized structures tendons ,bone etc. Thus allowing a flat skin graft rather than a graft that follows the contours and won't take to the tendons ,bone etc. It appears to be a game changer.
