large scale manufacturing of DYE Solar Steel {Corus) or Dye Solar Glass (Timo)

What actually are we talking about here ??

Manufacturing 20,000 m2 (square Meters )of what ??

Surely it can't be Dyes, Pasts or Electrolytes as these
should be quoted in Litres or maybe Cubic Meters (m3)
